Basement new boiler installed and old hot water heater removed -- for a new Rennai hot water on demand system!
The vintage glider chair on the right looked exactly like the vintage glider chair on the left --- till I GOT TO IT! Ta---da!
Trying to remove the rust from the old rod iron railings on the front and back porches are posing a challenge. We tried sandblasting them -- but with the humidity so high -- it kept getting clogged.
The upstairs bathroom has long way to go..............before you go........
